William “Bill” Pamplin
Master Plumber
Bill joins our plumbing team to help direct company growth and development, estimates, and scheduling. Entering the plumbing industry in ’97 and holding a license in Arkansas since ’04, Bill meticulously cares for our clients with the knowledge carefully curated through experience. Born in Southern Louisiana, Bill’s family then moved to Arkansas when he was only one year old, and he’s lived here since that time. Bill enjoys being out of doors most days with an avid interest in stock car racing. In the plumbing industry since 1997, Bill loves interacting with people and helping them resolve their plumbing issues. He is a fantastic asset to our It’s Plumbing team.
Bobby Shockley
As our newest apprentice, Bobby Shockley surprisingly brings a large amount of experience to our company. With 15 years of construction experience and four years running heavy machinery as a project manager in telecommunications, we are thrilled to have him onboard training as an apprentice with our It’s Plumbing team. Bobby is the proud, loving father of 3 girls, and you will find him nearly every weekend doing something outside with them, whether fishing, hunting, camping, or kayaking. He also enjoys teaching youth archery and encouraging the younger generation to enjoy the great outdoors and enjoy nature. This love of helping and empowering others serves him well in the service industry and dramatically benefits our team members and clients.
Rory Chance
Master Plumber
Born and raised in Louisiana, you can tell Rory is the kind of guy who wants to slow down, make sure everything is done properly, and take the best care possible of our clients. Working to improve his skill level, Rory became a certified master plumber in March of 2021, although he’s been in the industry since 2004. When not dealing with broken pipes, backed up drains, and water tank installations, he loves spending time with his family of 4 children (3 boys and a girl) and his wife since 2012. Rory loves all the outdoor activities you can imagine, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, but he’s also been drag racing since he was 14 years old. Life is better when you can do everything together as a family unity, and that is what brings him the most joy. Rory is a master at what he does, and we are so excited he has joined our team!
Alex Poulett
Kisha Gilchrist
Born in Fort Smith and lived there until she turned sixteen and the military began moving their family across the nation. Kisha has been in admin since 2014 and loves being able to help people and working with all the different personalities afforded in the plumbing industry. Prior to joining our company, Kisha was team lead for Walmart and traveled to businesses of all sizes in NWA selling Sam’s club memberships. While working with Walmart, she also owned and operated her own Vape shop encouraging others to quit smoking. Not only did she compete in
the competitive vaping community, cement her “Sunshine” nickname, but she also met her husband in the competitive vaping industry. Kisha loves spending time with family, traveling, and spontaneously taking off to see the country. With her community in mind, she volunteers with Got your 6ix project raising funds for military members and first responders. Kisha does a great job working as the liaison between our customers and plumbing crew, and we are excited to have her on our team.
