Meet The team
William “Bill” Pamplin
Bill joins our plumbing team to help direct company growth and development, estimates, and scheduling. Entering the electrical industry in ’97 and holding a license in Arkansas since ’04, Bill meticulously cares for our clients with the knowledge carefully curated through experience. Born in Southern Louisiana, Bill’s family then moved to Arkansas when he was only one year old, and he’s lived here since that time. Bill enjoys being out of doors most days with an avid interest in stock car racing. As an electrician since 1997, Bill loves interacting with people and helping them resolve their electric issues. He is a fantastic asset to our It’s Electric team.
A 3rd-year apprentice, Anthony has a background in property maintenance and service calls. This background in the service industry greatly benefits our plumbing team as we handle several residential service calls. Marrying his bride, Kasandra, back in 2009, they have one son who shares his father’s love of video gaming. When you can pry Anthony from Tetris, you will find him fishing throughout Arkansas. Usually, you will find Anthony working alongside Scott, as they are also neighbors in Mountainburg, AR. We are blessed to have such a great partnership within our team of plumbers.
As our newest apprentice, Bobby Shockley surprisingly brings a large amount of experience to our company. With 15 years of construction experience and four years running heavy machinery as a project manager in telecommunications, we are thrilled to have him onboard training as an apprentice with our It’s Plumbing team. Bobby is the proud, loving father of 3 girls, and you will find him nearly every weekend doing something outside with them, whether fishing, hunting, camping, or kayaking. He also enjoys teaching youth archery and encouraging the younger generation to enjoy the great outdoors and enjoy nature. This love of helping and empowering others serves him well in the service industry and dramatically benefits our team members and clients.
Planting his feet with It’s Plumbing after 27 years in the industry, is our Fayetteville native Tommy Allen. One of our more introverted experts, Tommy loves to solve the challenges offered through the service sector of plumbing. When he’s not working out the issues in your pipes and drains, you can find him fishing. He fishes both fly rods and conventional, but he very much prefers river fishing. Interestingly, when asked his “trophy” fish, he will tell you that any decent sized catch reignites his love of the sport like he’s never known it before. We are privileged to have such a humble and skilled member as a part of the It’s Plumbing team.
In front of the line, Laura handles the administrative duties for our It’s Plumbing Team and clients. Laura enjoys working behind the scenes to make everything work out smoothly. After college, she moved to Centerton, but she was born and raised in Oklahoma. Keeping her busy at home, her 9-year old Isaac, shares his mother’s love of being outdoors, hiking, swimming, hunting and fishing. A unique bit of background on Laura, she grew up around exotic animals. Her uncle trains lions for casinos in Vegas, so she inherited a love for the same. She owned her first exotic back in high school and even developed an educational program teaching kids about the animals. Laura does an amazing job taking care of our customers and our team, and we’re thankful to have her on board.
Our newest apprentice with the It’s Plumbing team is hardly an apprentice at all. Garrett Howard was born into the industry, as everyone in his family are plumbers. He remembers at age 7 heading to work with his Dad in Orange County, CA, with his own tool belt to keep up and help out. Destined to take the same path as his family, Garrett officially started at age 15 with his Uncle’s company. After a recent move to SWMO to be closer to his Dad, Garrett is loving the non-arid climate. Moving to the Ozarks, was the “best decision” for Garrett, as he loves the nature, greenery and vibrant wildlife in the region. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, off-roading and dirt biking. Above all else, Garrett finds great satisfaction being able to take something apart, and put it back together after having made it perform better than before. With a joy like that, how could we not be blessed to have him be a part of our team?
